Fees and Insurance

We are out-of-network providers for all insurance carriers. Please call our office at 401-375-2708 for a list of fees.

 

You will be given a receipt for all services rendered and you can submit this receipt to your insurance company. Insurance that includes out-of-network benefits may reimburse a substantial portion of your fees.

It may helpful to have the following codes when checking with your insurance carrier about reimbursement:

Monthly Medication Management Appointment: 99213 or 99214 (depending on complexity) and 90833
Weekly Therapy/Medication Appointment: 99213 or 99214 (depending on complexity) and 90836
